Anna Ralph
Anna Ralph left the Framwellgate Moor comprehensive school at 16 and she went on to complete a HND in Business Administration. At 19 she began work at Waterstone's in Durham. After three years she left to organise the 1997 Durham Literature Festival, and also took a part-time job with New Writing North, the literature development agency for the North of England. Anna was then offered a job as a feature writer with The Journal, the local daily newspaper where she spent four years before leaving to pursue her writing career. She still lives in Durham where she shares her life with her husband, David, and their two cats.
