| Kate Westbrook Kate Westbrook was born in 1970 in Cambridge. She has a Masters Degree in Public Policy from the Kennedy School, Harvard and a PhD in Modern History from the University of Cambridge, where she is currently a junior lecturer in the History Faculty. She has lived and travelled widely in Africa and Latin America |
